While our process for shipping out our cookies is Wednesdays and Fridays, our third party shipping partners USPS continue to experience great challenges, which may result in a delay in receiving your order.

Unfortunately this is out of our control, but we are doing our best to make sure that you receive a quality product that we know you love. We will continue to use our food-grade vacuum seal packages on all of our regular orders which will maintain the freshness of the cookies. If you purchase a gift box and would like to discuss alternative shipping methods, please contact us at info@jackscookiejarco.com.
