Preserving Cookie Freshness
How long will my cookies last?
The cookies will last 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Please do not refrigerate the cookies as this will dry out and cause them to become hard.
Can I freeze left over cookies?
Absolutely! We recommend that you wrap your cookies in wax paper and then store them in a plastic bag or plastic container.
The cookies will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
How do I get that gooey, fresh out of the oven cookie?
In order to achieve that warm and gooey cookie, re-heat them in the oven at 250 degrees for 5 minutes.
Please do not microwave the cookies, as this will dry them out.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area for a $8 fee.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations that can be used for purchases. You can purchase them on our website under the "Gift Cards" tab.
Are your cookies gluten-free or vegan?
We currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan cookies.
Do you offer custom packaging for corporate or special events?
Yes! We can customize your cookie gift packaging print your logo onto stickers or boxes with proper lead time. For more information, please email us at jackscookiejarco@gmail.com
Nationwide Shipping Policy
How will my cookies ship?
Our slogan is " fresh handmade cookies from our oven to your doorstep", so to maintain freshness our cookies are packaged, heat sealed and placed in a sturdy box to prevent broken cookies.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh every Wednesday and Friday. All order will need to be placed by 12pm(noon) PST to ensure shipping on time.
We will fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in additional processing time and delays.
We offer USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and Ground for shipping services.

Can I schedule a time and day for my cookies to arrive?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival times. We are at the mercy of third-party shipping providers.
We suggest you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before desired date to allow for unseen delays.
Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost packages. If any of these events happen, use your tracking number to file a claim with USPS.
What if my order delivery is delayed?
We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to the carriers.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries.
Please contact USPS to file a claim using your tracking number that was emailed to you.
How can I track my nationwide shipping order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number information.
Returns
Due to our cookies being a perishable item, we do not accept returns.
We always want to make sure that our customers are happy with our cookies and if you are not, please contact us at info@jacksookiejarco.com within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will ask that you provide the following:
A photo of your order and detailed description of your issue with the product.
Please note: Claims that are received after the 24hr window or submitted with out the proper documentation will not be eligible for a replacement order or refund.
