CATERING & CORPORATE GIFTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for selecting Jack’s Cookie Jar Co to be a part of your special event. Before placing an order, please read and understand our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable catering experience.

Order Cancellation:

All order cancellations must be requested with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting us at (jackscookiejarco@gmail.com) .

Orders that are not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Terms:

All orders must be paid in full 72-hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Failure to complete payment within 72-hours will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Payment can be made securely through our online payment portal. Invoices are sent via square.

Refunds and Credits:

Refunds for canceled orders within the 72-hour notice period will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.

Modifications to Orders:

Requests for modifications to orders (e.g., changes in quantity, flavors, delivery/pickup time) can be accommodated within a 48-hour timeframe and are subject to approval by Jack’s Cookie Jar Co. based on production flow.
